Northern Territory, Australia, with a total known weight
of more than one ton. Many of the individual specimens
show very aesthetic shapes.

many of the specimen have aesthetic beauty in their unique
shapes. Total known weight is more than one ton. These
specimens are very rare because of the holes in them.

polished.

ALIN

This iron meteorite
fell on Feb. 12, 1947 in the Sikhote-alin Mountains of
Eastern Siberia, Russia. It is the largest observed meteorite
fall in history with over 23000 kg leaving a smoke trail
which could be seen in the sky for hours.
